For the past two years, the Equity Members have been in in-depth discussions with the platform listing entity InfraShares on a non-exclusive basis. InfraShares is the only investment crowdfunding platform purpose built to facilitate direct community investment in infrastructure projects through P3s, enabling offering campaigns to target the unique opportunities and challenges related to infrastructure project finance. As a result of these discussions, PGCEC is confident in InfraShares’ technical, legal and financial capabilities to execute the required community equity investment in the Project. InfraShares’ platform manages all aspects of the capital raise, working directly with the Equity Members, and manages all communications with investors.

 

InfraShares will work with the Equity Members to develop the offering materials, complete all regulatory requirements, and market the investment opportunity. Ultimately, InfraShares will act as an interface between the Equity Members and the community equity investors (“Investors”) and provide Investors with a step-by-step process to complete and manage their investment through the InfraShares website and platform.
