R. McGhee & Associates (RMc) is a minority owned architectural firm with offices in Washington, DC and Prince George’s county. RMc has filed for the County Located Business certification. We provide a full range of architectural, historic preservation, and urban design services. RMc’s portfolio includes residential, commercial, educational (K-12) and institutional facilities. We take particular pride in our experience and success with the analysis, alteration, restoration, and adaptive reuse of existing buildings. RMc has concentrated on developing specialized techniques to bring unique and difficult projects to fruition; including skills in building consensus and support with neighborhoods, community groups, and regulatory bodies to achieve client goals.
RMc has worked closely with both DC, MD and VA as well as federal agencies including the National Park Service, Commission of Fine Arts, the National Capital Planning Commission, State Historic Preservation Office, as well as local agencies, preservation organizations, and public interest and community groups on a variety of successful master plans and building design projects. RMc utilizes over 25 years of experience working with local and federal agencies on new construction and historic properties to deliver projects on-time and on-budget.

EllisDon Facilities Services

In 2004, EllisDon (one of Canada's largest construction services companies) established EDFS as its in-house facilities management (FM) division that would carry out both long and short-term FM scopes covering a variety of market sectors including healthcare, education, justice and transportation. EDFS has been delivering full FM services for two of the earliest P3 projects in North America for nearly 20 years; providing valuable insight into the performance of these assets under the DBFM contract model.
EDFS specializes in facilities and infrastructure operations and maintenance, providing hard (mechanical & electrical) and soft (food, housekeeping, landscaping, etc.) services. EDFS has grown significantly both in terms of experience and capabilities and provides services to a portfolio of 15 P3 projects, maintaining 15 million square feet of facilities with over 500 employees.

Community Outreach
TB&A is a Washington, DC based boutique communications and strategic engagement company founded in 2005. TB&A is a woman-owned, minority business enterprise whose focus is on infrastructure projects in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. TB&A provides community outreach, public relations, events management, inter and intra-agency coordination, business opportunity outreach and compliance. TB&A’s outreach and engagement process includes community education and proactive communication utilizing a variety of outreach methods such as virtual engagements, public meetings, social media campaigns, door to door grassroots marketing, website development and maintenance, interactive mapping, video production, digital marketing, local media placement, automated calls, electronic distribution, etc.
TB&A has provided community engagement support on the Clean Water Partnership (CWP), a Public-Private Partnership (P3) with Prince George’s County and Corvias Infrastructure Solutions. The CWP is the first of its kind to design, build, finance, operate and maintain urban stormwater infrastructure to meet the County’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit requirements. TB&A has managed the Prince George’s County Public Schools stormwater educational component of outreach and engagement from its inception, conducting both virtual, in-person and hybrid community meetings, selecting the appropriate data collection tools, designing project collateral that range from meeting announcements, presentations, articles for community newsletters, educational videos and interactive activities and special events.
