Our
Story
Progressive Education Partners (PEP) utilizes a Public Private Partnership (P3) to design, build, finance and maintain eight new public schools throughout the county. PGCPS is the first jurisdiction in the nation to utilize this P3 method to bundle the construction and maintenance of a collection of public schools, and this unique partnership will yield eight new elementary schools.
Our Schools
PEP, with financial support from the County and the State, aspires to use a Design-Build-Finance-Maintain structure to deliver a package of eight (8) schools throughout Prince George's County, Maryland, in the timeliest and most cost-effective manner possible.
